Join N-iX and become part of a team where your ideas make a real impact. / ppWere building a small GenAI Adoption team (GenAI Adoption Leaders) to help projects use AI in real SDLC / SRE workflows not just in notebooks. This role is the DevOps / SRE specialist : you design how GenAI fits into CI / CD, infrastructure, observability, incident response and reliability then you help project teams adopt it and own it themselves. You dont become their on-call SRE or platform owner. You enable, prove it on real workloads, and move to the next account. If youre a DevOps engineer / SRE who wants to practice GenAI daily, work across many stacks, and help hundreds of engineers ship and operate better systems, this is built for you. / ph3Responsibilities : / h3p1. GenAI in DevOps SRE Workflows / pulliDesign GenAI-augmented workflows for : / liulliCI / CD (pipeline authoring, YAML generation, policy-as-code help) / liliInfra-as-code (Terraform / Kubernetes manifests refactoring, reviews) / liliLog metric analysis, incident triage, post-mortems / liliRunbook creation and knowledge search for on-call / li / ulliTurn ad-hoc ask the AI about this error into repeatable practices and tools teams can rely on. / li / ulp2. Tooling, Platforms Pipelines / pulliPrototype and refine utilities, prompts, and scripts that plug into common stacks : GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / Jenkins, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Argo CD, observability tools, etc. / liliExplore and form a view on platform vs custom : / liulliBuilt-in AI for ops features in cloud / observability platforms / lilivs. custom agents / assistants (e.g. CLI helpers, ChatOps, AI-assisted runbooks) / li / ulliIntegrate GenAI into DevOps / SRE workflows safely : / liulliGuardrails for production changes / liliSafe suggestions for infra changes and config / liliHuman-in-the-loop patterns for risky ops / li / ul / ulp3. Reliability SRE Practices / pulliEmbed GenAI into SRE routines : / liulliSLO / SLI definition support / liliIncident summarization and timeline extraction / liliSuggesting remediation candidates based on past incidents / li / ulliHelp teams use AI to reduce MTTR, noise in alerts, and toil, without hiding risk. / li / ulp4. Enable, Dont Own / pulliRun workshops, live demos, and pairing sessions with DevOps / SRE / Platform teams. / liliHelp teams move from AI as a side toy to documented, auditable, and safe usage in their pipelines and runbooks. / liliCapture patterns as GenAI Value Lab playbooks, templates, and case studies that other accounts can reuse. / li / ulp5. Measure Impact / pulliTrack hard metrics like deployment frequency, lead time, MTTR, change failure rate, incident volume / noise. / liliTrack human impact : less manual grunt work, faster root cause analysis, clearer runbooks, less on-call pain. / liliTurn improvements into stories and examples that make adoption easier for the next team. / li / ulh3Requirements : / h3ulliProven experience as DevOps Engineer / SRE / Platform Engineer, ideally at senior / architect level. / liliStrong base in : / liulliCI / CD design and maintenance / liliKubernetes / containers and cloud platforms / liliInfra-as-code (e.g. Terraform, Helm, etc.) / liliMonitoring, logging, tracing, incident management / li / ulliComfortable reading and writing automation code / scripts (e.g. Bash, Python, plus ecosystem YAML / JSON). / li / ulh3GenAI Understanding / h3ulliYouve already used GenAI for your work (even informally) : generating pipeline YAML, debugging infra issues, summarizing logs, writing runbooks, etc. / liliUnderstanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and GenAI assistants in the context of DevOps / SRE. / liliInterest or experience in : / liulliUsing AI for log / metric analysis / liliAI-assisted config / infrastructure changes with guardrails / liliChatOps-like flows with AI in Slack / Teams / li / ul / ulh3How You Work / h3ulliComfortable leading change : proposing new workflows, proving value with numbers, and addressing risk concerns. / liliCan tailor solutions across different clients and environments (compliance-heavy vs flexible, mature vs early-stage). / liliClear communicator who can talk to DevOps, SREs, developers, architects, and managers without over-selling. / li / ulh3How GenAI Value Lab Works / h3ulliWe dont become the long-term DevOps or SRE team for any project. / liliWe do : / liulliDesign patterns and guardrails for GenAI in DevOps / SRE / liliProve them on 12 projects with real workloads / liliTurn them into reusable playbooks and templates, then move to the next account / li / ul / ulpYoull work across multiple accounts and domains, helping up to 1,700 engineers and many DevOps / SRE teams evolve how they build and operate systems while rapidly building your own GenAI expertise. If youre a DevOps / SRE who wants to be on the front line of how operations and reliability change with GenAI and you enjoy enabling many teams more than babysitting a single cluster wed like to talk. / ppWe offer
