Order Processor
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Order Processor to join our team. The Order Processor will be responsible for accurately entering and managing customer orders, ensuring timely processing, and coordinating with various departments to ensure fulfillment and delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Accurately process customer orders received via phone, email, or online systems.
- Verify order information, pricing, and product availability.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, shipping, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Track order status and communicate updates to customers as needed.
- Resolve order discrepancies and customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain and update customer records in the order management system.
- Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and other related paperwork.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert the purchasing team of potential shortages.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding order processing.
- Assist in general administrative tasks and support other departments as required.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.Previous experience in order processing, data entry, customer service, or a related fieldStrong organizational and time management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Work Environment :
