We are seeking a friendly and professional Hostess to join our team in Kenner United States. As the first point of contact for our guests you will create a welcoming atmosphere while managing seating arrangements and ensuring smooth dining operations.

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm friendly manner
• Manage the restaurants waiting list and coordinate seating arrangements
• Answer phones and handle reservations efficiently
• Provide accurate wait times to guests and manage their expectations
• Guide guests to their tables and present menus
• Maintain cleanliness of the reception area
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure optimal dining experience
• Monitor dining room capacity and table status
• Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed
• Handle guest inquiries and special requests professionally
