Requirements
Minimum 5 years of general corporate law experience
Deep familiarity with venture capital financings, public offerings, and SEC reporting
Experience with startup and emerging company representation across growth stages
Strong corporate governance knowledge and client counseling skills
Excellent academic credentials from a top-tier law school
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
California Bar admission or eligibility to waive in preferred

The ideal candidate will have broad exposure to venture capital transactions, capital markets, and public company reporting. Key Responsibilities
Advise technology and life sciences clients on venture financings and corporate governance
Assist with IPOs, follow-on offerings, and ongoing SEC compliance
Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements and investment documents
Support early-stage companies through growth, M&A, and exit strategies
Build long‑term client relationships through exceptional service and responsiveness
