Strong sense of professionalism, courtesy, and respect for customers and team members. Knowledge of Nextech (EMR) a plus Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments in an organized fashion. Standard working hours are 830am-5pm Monday through Friday and 1-2 Saturday clinics per month from 9am-2pm. There are some fluctuations in the schedule. Fluent in English, with excellent writing and grammatical skills. Uniform provided Continuing education provided. Paid time off for full time employees.

Our board-certified plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and nurse practitioners deliver exceptional care to patients while offering valuable teaching opportunities for our team. We seek a FULL TIME Medical Assistant who wants to work for excellent compensation and benefits in an established, fast-growing general / aesthetic dermatology practice in Boca Raton.
Travel to our Fort Lauderdale location may be required.
Required Background
- 2+ years of MA experience in dermatology REQUIRED!
- Experience maintaining and updating patient’s medical records is required.
- Experience following up with patients / clients regarding treatments, test results, prescription fulfillment and insurance is required.
- Experience with cosmetic dermatology treatments is not required but is preferred.
