Title : Float Pool RN - Medical Surgical

Location : Gainesville, FL

Salary / Pay Rate : $43.00 per hour flat rate.

• Night shift differential : $4.25 / hour.
• Weekend differential : $3.00 / hour.
• This position is eligible for a $20,000 sign-on bonus and case-by-case relocation assistance.

Schedule : Full-Time, 3x12 hour shifts. Day Shift (7a-7p) and Night Shift (7p-7a) available, with rotating weekends.

Unit / Specialty : Medical Surgical Float Pool

Seniority : This is an experienced, non-managerial role for an adaptable RN who is comfortable working across various units.
