We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills and be proficient in various data visualization tools and programming languages. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to support business decision-making processes. Duties Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business strategies. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker. Collaborate with project management teams to ensure alignment with Agile methodologies throughout the project lifecycle. Design and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources. Utilize programming languages such as R and Python for statistical analysis and data manipulation. Conduct business analysis to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Create and maintain database designs using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and other database management systems. Perform data validation and quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy of reports and analyses. Document processes using Visio for clear communication of workflows and system designs. Engage in continuous learning of analytics tools like Talend and VBA to enhance data processing capabilities. Qualifications Proficiency in SQL for querying databases effectively. Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles. Familiarity with Bash (Unix shell) for scripting tasks related to data processing. Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with linked data concepts is a plus. Strong communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders clearly.
