Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals. As a Physical Therapist with Arden Healthcare Inc, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to help clients achieve their physical therapy goals. You will work closely with clients, families, and healthcare teams to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients
Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' physical abilities and progress
Provide direct patient care, including exercises, manual therapy, and education
Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans
Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of patient care
Requirements:
$80 - $120 BI_WEEKLY compensation package
Minimum 1 year of experience in Physical Therapy
Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with active license (#30212886)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
