The Operational Care Specialist, Revenue Care, is a meticulous and proactive professional responsible for overseeing billing activities related to sea import accounts. This position is essential for ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, safeguarding financial accuracy, and driving continuous improvement across billing processes.
Responsibilities include : maintaining and organizing all billing files related to sea import accounts, generating client invoices based on quoted pricing within the designated billing period, reviewing and validating Gross Profit figures to ensure accuracy, ensuring all billing is completed accurately and submitted by month-end deadlines, collaborating with the operations team to ensure all necessary billing data is properly recorded in the system, processing files in compliance with company policies and procedures, partnering with the system process team to enhance automation within Operational Care workflows, continuously seeking opportunities to improve and streamline billing processes, and upholding and adhering to Quality, Safety & Health, Environment, Security & Dangerous Goods standards.
Qualifications include : 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably within a logistics or freight environment, 1+ years of hands-on billing experience, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness, and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate-level skills in Excel.
