Responsibilities
Greet customers and assess their service needs, offering expert guidance on maintenance and repairs
Use diagnostic information to prepare accurate service estimates
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, high-quality repairs
Maintain clear, consistent communication with customers
Manage service writing and detailed documentation
Use Microsoft Excel for tracking service metrics, follow-ups, and performance analytics
