Ray Arthur Furniture Ind Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Programmer / Draftsman to join our Design & Technical team. This role is ideal for someone with computer and drafting skills who can create precise shop drawings and support CNC / beam saw programming. You'll work onsite with our experienced production team to bring custom commercial millwork projects to life. Key Responsibilities

Create shop drawings for commercial millwork and interior finish projects

Program parts for CNC and beam saw machines using AutoCAD, Maestro, and Mozaik (training available)

Assist in the implementation and integration of Mozaik software to streamline production processes

Collaborate with the shop and project management team to ensure accurate, buildable drawings

Ensure drawings comply with AWI standards (willing to train if unfamiliar)

Troubleshoot and revise programs and drawings based on project needs or feedback

Maintain organized files, drawing logs, and revision history

Participate in technical meetings and help drive efficiency in the design-to-production workflow

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in drafting or CNC programming preferred

High school diploma or GED preferred

Proficiency in AutoCAD and / or Maestro; Mozaik experience is a plus (willing to train)

Strong computer skills and familiarity with CAD / CAM software

Ability to read architectural and construction drawings

Interest in learning AWI standards and improving millwork efficiency

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Effective communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude
