Health - Safety Department Manager

OVERVIEW

The Health & Safety Manager is responsible in an oversight capacity for optimizing the safety and health processes within the local organization. This individual will lead the safety and health efforts within the plant, working closely with corporate and plant personnel to maximize overall efficiency and effectiveness of the safety and health efforts. The position of Safety Manager reports directly to the Plant Manager and has the responsibility to lead the implementation and evaluation of critical safety processes, programs, and procedures to achieve goals, objectives, and continuous improvement related to compliance as well as injury reduction.

LOCATION OF ROLE

SALARY PAY RANGE : $94,000 - $174,000 plus bonus

The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on the candidate's qualifications and prior experience.
