Job Title : Associate Transplant Coordinator

Location : New York NY

Contract Duration : 15-week assignment

Shift : Monday Friday 8 : 00 AM 4 : 00 PM (includes 30-minute break)

Local Pay : $1125 / week

Position Overview :

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Associate Transplant Coordinator for an exciting Travel or Local job in New York NY.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in coordinating pre- and post-transplant care for kidney transplant patients.

Collaborate with physicians nurses and administrative staff to ensure continuity of care.

Maintain accurate patient records and verify medical information.

Facilitate insurance authorizations and manage communications with third-party payers and government programs.

Educate patients and families on the transplant process as directed.

Schedule follow-up appointments and manage related patient care logistics.

Uphold privacy compliance and quality standards in all aspects of the role.

Qualifications : Required :

High School Diploma or GED

Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word Excel)

Understanding of medical terminology and ICD-9 / 10 procedure codes

Knowledge of third-party insurance and government programs for treatment authorizations

Strong interpersonal customer service time management and organizational skills

Preferred : Bachelors degree

Bilingual in Spanish
