Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Freelancer Sales Executive with expertise in Revenue Cycle Management and US Healthcare to join our team. The role plays a pivotal part in driving sales revenue and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare clients. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the US Healthcare sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare organizations.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure profitable deals.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's services.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the sales process and best practices.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Travel to meet clients and prospects as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in Revenue Cycle Management and US Healthcare.
  • In-depth knowledge of revenue cycle processes, billing, and coding practices.
  • Strong understanding of the US Healthcare system and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and prospects.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
