Clinical Psychologist WACO

Valeo Resources has partnered with an addiction treatment center for drug and alcohol rehab organization who is rapidly expanding in multiple locations. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Clinical Psycholgist to join the team in Waco, TX.

In this role, the clinical psychologist will provide psychological consultation and short-term counseling services as part of our interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams. The psychologist will work directly with patients who have experienced stroke, cancer, amputation, traumatic brain injury, acquired neurological conditions, spinal cord injury, and other complex medical issues.

Location : Waco, TX

Schedule : M-F, day shifts (Full time - W2)

Qualifications:

• Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology with a focus on health/rehabilitation psychology.
• Completion of an APA-accredited internship, preferably in a medical/surgical hospital or inpatient rehabilitation setting.
• Fully licensed or license-eligible for independent practice.
• Previous experience working in hospital, medical, or rehabilitation psychology is highly preferred.
• Strong interprofessional communication skills to collaborate effectively across disciplines.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to a fluid, dynamic work environment.
• Bilingual Spanish fluency is desired but not required.
