Adler Pelzer Group - a growing global Tier One supplier of Acoustic NVH and Soft Trim products to the automotive industry is seeking a motivated and committed Engineering Manager to assist in leading the manufacturing operations in Athens, Tennessee.
The ideal candidate will have previous Tier One Automotive Manufacturing Experience. This is a hands-on, involved engineer leader role looking for an opportunity to make a tangible impact in the manufacturing operations and engineering of acoustic parts for major OEMs.
The Engineering Manager in the role is responsible to design, develop, test, and evaluate integrated systems for managing automotive production processes. This position supports new and current products, processes and tooling as well as manages and coordinates activities of the departments to repair, produce, improve, and test components, equipment and processes.

Required
Bachelors or better in Engineering or related field.
Experience
Required
3-7 years:
Leading and hands-on experience in engineering projects with OEMs.3-7 years:
Previous Tier One (Tier 1) Automotive Manufacturing Experience.3-7 years:
Engineering experience in automotive manufacturing preferably in interior trim and systems.Licenses & Certifications
