Ability to work independently with little or no supervision. Problem solving skills. The ability to operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks is a plus.

This position will complete assigned general maintenance and tasks in support of the general operation of the facility.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Performs basic maintenance tasks to ensure the continued safe functioning of the farm.
- Performs repairs of forklifts, lorries, grow room equipment as well as regular warehouse maintenance.
- Performs basic facility inspections and submits reports to the Oxford Farm Manager.
- Ensures effective operation of all facility equipment and making appropriate repairs.
- Understanding and using Limble Maintenance Program daily for work orders.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
