Job Description

This position will complete assigned general maintenance and tasks in support of the general operation of the facility.

Role and Responsibilities :

  • Performs basic maintenance tasks to ensure the continued safe functioning of the farm.
  • Performs repairs of forklifts, lorries, grow room equipment as well as regular warehouse maintenance.
  • Performs basic facility inspections and submits reports to the Oxford Farm Manager.
  • Ensures effective operation of all facility equipment and making appropriate repairs.
  • Understanding and using Limble Maintenance Program daily for work orders.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qua lifications and Requirements :

  • High School or General Education Diploma Required; further education preferred.
  • General handyman background is required.
  • Previous experience in a maintenance environment.
  • HVAC or electrical knowledge is a plus.
  • The ability to lift 50 pounds and climb a ladder.

  • A professional and positive attitude.
  • Dependable and Punctual.
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • The ability to operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks is a plus.
