Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation team and act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and customers
Manage project timelines, scope, and customer satisfaction throughout the implementation process
Document best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of implementation processes
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience managing customer-facing projects or implementations with web-based software
2-3 years of hands-on experience configuring web-based software solutions
1-2 years of experience activating and configuring parcel carrier accounts
Knowledge of remote desktop access software
Ability to manage work schedules independently while meeting project timelines
