About the role :

As the Principal Transmission Line Engineer , you will play a pivotal role in building and leading a team of junior engineers while developing and growing a portfolio of clients within the Southeast United States. You will be responsible for overseeing the design, analysis, and construction of transmission line projects, as well as managing the day-to-day operations of your engineering team. You will foster a culture of innovation and excellence, providing mentorship to junior engineers and ensuring that projects meet the highest technical, safety, and quality standards. Responsibilities :

• Leadership & Team Development :

Build, mentor, and manage a team of junior transmission line engineers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring they receive the necessary guidance and support.

Develop and expand relationships with existing and new clients across the Southeast U.S. to drive business growth and secure new project opportunities.

Oversee the design, analysis, and execution of transmission line projects from inception to completion.

Ensure all engineering work complies with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
