Automotive Sales Consultant Sterling Premium Selects | Lafayette, LA + Broussard, LA Sterling Automotive is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals who want to build a challenging and highly rewarding career in automotive sales .

If you enjoy working with people, solving problems, and have the drive to succeed in a performance-based environment, this could be a great fit. 💰 Earning Potential Commission-based compensation with bonus opportunities No cap on earnings $100,000+ earning potential What You'll Do Assist customers through the vehicle purchasing process Communicate with customers through phone, text, email, and in-person interactions Build relationships that create lifelong customers Develop strong product knowledge to help guide customers in their decisions Deliver an excellent customer experience before, during, and after the sale What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Coachable and motivated to succeed Professional demeanor and appearance Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends Requirements:
