[job_card.job_description]Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver tailored, high-quality patient care. Continuously assessing and enhancing the quality of nursing services and implementing evidence-based practices. Taking on leadership responsibilities, including supervision, education, coaching, and staff evaluations. Participating in key operational areas such as Quality and Safety, Patient Experience, Employee Engagement, and Fiscal Responsibility. At least 1 year of healthcare experience. Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Must be a licensed registered nurse in accordance with state regulations. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
