The Talent Solutions team is a forward-thinking group of professionals dedicated to identifying and attracting top talent to join Transwestern. As the Talent Solutions Recruiting Manager, you will oversee the full candidate-to-employee lifecycle : including attraction, recruitment, onboarding, retention, and offboarding across a designated geographic region.

This role offers a dynamic blend of hands-on execution and strategic influenceideal for a senior recruiter ready to elevate their impact across the talent function. Partnering closely with the Director of Talent Solutions, the Regional Operating Officers, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners, you'll translate workforce needs into tailored recruiting strategies that align with business goals. You'll champion the full utilization of Talent Solutions resources to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience for candidates and employees alike. Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the internship program and early career talent pipelinedriving long-term workforce planning and positioning the company to attract and retain top emerging talent.

As part of the broader HR team, Talent Solutions works collaboratively to support all Transwestern team members. Our approach is consultative, service-oriented, and focused on building scalable infrastructure to support growth. We translate strategy into action and deliver results through legendary customer service and operational excellence.

Position Essential Functions :

• Monitor regional industry trends and best practices to continuously improve hiring strategies and effectiveness.
• Maintain a dynamic book of business with prospective candidates to proactively support regional hiring needs.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing channelsincluding job boards, professional networks, recruitment agencies, and employee referralsto identify and attract top talent.
• Actively promote the company's brand by engaging with potential candidates and industry professionals to build awareness and interest.
• Represent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and recruitment campaigns to expand visibility and reach.
• Strengthen university recruiting efforts by leading the 8-week national summer internship program across regional and national platforms to build a robust early-career talent pipeline. Manage the application process, screenings of candidates, development of national internship curriculum, and driving engagement of market leaders' participation.
