Supporting The Authentic You Program Director
The STAY (Supporting the Authentic You) Program Director will oversee the overall operation of the program, including staff recruitment and supervision, fiscal and budget management, implementation of quality assurance and performance monitoring processes, development of program policies and procedures, oversight of documentation and billing systems, coordination of clinical direction and staff training, and maintenance of collaborative relationships with community partners and stakeholders to support program effectiveness and housing stability for individuals served.
The STAY grant team reports to this position.
This position will report to the Grant Manager.
Bachelor's degree in human services and / or several years of related experience in working with seriously and persistently mentally ill adults, dually diagnosed adults, and adults. Housing experience preferred.
Prepare and maintain program budgets to ensure fiscal sustainability and compliance.
Provide leadership, supervision, and direction to program staff.
Promote the philosophy and service model of the Housing program within the agency and community.
Maintain positive and effective relationships with funding sources and oversight agencies.
Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with community partners and service providers.
Conduct community outreach and education to increase awareness, access, and appropriate utilization of program services.
Acquire, demonstrate, and provide training to staff and individuals served on evidence-based and best practice housing approaches for eligible populations.
Maintain expert knowledge of leasing requirements, HUD and other housing regulations, and applicable landlord / tenant laws.
Serve as liaison for tenants and property managers and respond to related requests within established timeframes.
Identify, address, and resolve property management concerns in collaboration with landlords and housing partners.
Advocate for tenants with landlords, service providers, and community stakeholders to support housing stability.
Support direct service staff in assisting tenants with lease obligations, including rent payment compliance and apartment maintenance.
Maintain accurate and complete program records in accordance with regulatory and agency requirements.
Manage team performance to ensure alignment with established performance goals, compliance standards, and long-term program objectives.
Serve as primary contact for participant enrollment, including determining eligibility and assigning participants to appropriate caseloads.
Prepare and submit required reports accurately and within designated timelines.
Enter, monitor, and maintain data integrity within required databases and reporting systems.
