As a Security Guard - Pharmaceutical Campus Patrol  in King Of Prussia, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible to those on site. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with visitors and tenants, and contribute to a welcoming environment. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling using a company vehicle as part of your daily responsibilities.

Pay Rate : $20.70 / Hour

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the needs of the location.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter security-related incidents and report any unusual activity.
  • Communicate and collaborate with property management and Allied Universal supervisors regarding incidents, maintenance issues, or concerns related to the well-being of occupants and the property.
  • Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, observations, and patrols as required by site protocols.
  • Remain visible and approachable to tenants, visitors, and staff, providing assistance and information as needed.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Access control or badge experience is preferred.
  • CPR or first aid is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
