We are seeking board certified experienced OBGYN's to join our OB / GYN Hospitalist practice at Baptist Health Hardin. Ideal candidates will be strong clinicians who work well in teams adhere to evidence-based clinical guidelines and provide high quality care.24 / 7 In house coverageSeeking providers with ongoing availabilityCollaborate with Neonatology Nursing and other specialties and departmentsHave responsibility for : OB triage / admissions / inpatient care / delivery for unassigned patients and private call coverage emergency response for LampD / antepartum / postpartum ER floor consults / care for unassigned GYN emergencies surgical assists at Cesarean sections.2 hours from Evansville IN and Cincinnati Ohio Less than 45 minutes South of Louisville KY 2 hours from Nashville TN.Rate structure : DO NOT ADVERTIZE BILL / PAY RATES WHEN POSTING JOBS OR REACHING OUT TO PROVIDERSOrientation Hours – 50 of standard rate.OT over 40 hours / week Extra-Time standard rate.Holidays 1.25xConversion rates 25K MD / DO max conversion fee to be billed but will be discounted based on hours worked see Rules of Engagement for breakdownPresentation will be prioritized by Rate Tiers : Tier 1 best – below or at 250 / hourTier 2 - 246-255 / hourTier 3 - 256-265 / hour266 will not be accepted
