Senior On?Site Service Specialist

Contracted through June 2026, with potential to transition into a full?time opportunity based on business needs.

We are currently seeking to fill four positions under this contract.

Position Profile

Provides physical collection and validation of data for a large?scale inventory project. Will be required to drive person vehicle (mileage reimbursed) to various locations across South Carolina. Will work on a very strict schedule to complete assignments as provided.

May also perform bindery, QC and final check, housekeeping / Hospitality, file services, call centre representative, and reception, etc. May perform various building support functions related to meeting set ups and light maintenance. Note : Due to the higher level of presentation and telephone skills needed to perform as well as temporary / occasional receptionist duties, employees performing this function are considered to be Senior On?Site Services Specialist. This position reports directly to the Site Manager, Site Supervisor or Assistant Site Manager, depending on site personnel configuration.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Works with manager and customer to inventory existing and new inventory assets.
• Ensures accuracy of all data for each asset.
• Will use technology to scan, edit and submit applicable data.
• Maintains daily meter and service logs.
• Will travel between customer's buildings, either by walking or by personal vehicle.
• May require periodic overtime on nights and weekends, including off?hour emergency response.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
