Were looking for an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and being the steady hand clients trust.

What This Role Looks Like Day-to-Day

Youll manage a defined book of commercial clients, handling renewals, endorsements, policy changes, certificates, and audits. Youll partner closely with Producers and internal teams to ensure renewals are thoughtful, timely, and cleanno chaos, no last-minute fire drills.

Youll review coverages with a critical eye, spot gaps, and help clients stay properly protected as their businesses evolve. Most importantly, youll be the person clients know they can rely on.

• Has 25+ years of Commercial Lines account management experience
• Enjoys structure, clear workflows, and getting the details right
• Communicates professionally and confidently with clients and carriers
• Can manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality
• Values teamwork and long-term client relationships
• Holds a Property & Casualty license (or can obtain one within a year)

Experience with Applied Epic is a plus, but not required.
