Mentor junior engineers, review code, and uplift team capability. Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, shaping product roadmaps with technical insight. Champion performance tuning, accessibility, and user experience excellence. Identify opportunities for modernization, automation, and platform improvements. Stay ahead of industry trends to recommend and adopt new tools / frameworks. 8–12+ years of progressive experience in UI / front-end engineering . Expert-level skills : React (hooks, context / Redux, TypeScript), Node.js (Express, microservices), Java UI (Spring MVC, JSP / Servlets, or modern equivalents). Strong experience architecting enterprise-scale, cloud-native web platforms . Proven ability to lead teams technically while remaining hands-on . Familiarity with CI / CD, DevOps, and Agile delivery models . Excellent communicator with the ability to influence across technical and business stakeholders. Drives engineering excellence and accelerates delivery velocity. Elevates team capability through mentorship and leadership.
