[job_card.job_description]Active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Documented risk management experience in managing complex projects. Successful completion of a large-scale project with a value greater than M where the candidate served as Project Manager of Record . Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience. Familiarity with state Technology Portfolio tools is highly desirable. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite , particularly Microsoft Project . Excellent written and verbal communication skills , with experience managing both client-facing and internal communications. Solid organizational skills , attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Completion of a large-scale project valued at M or more , where the candidate served as Project Manager of Record . This experience must be clearly highlighted on the resume. Experience with Project Management methodologies in large-scale projects with medium to high complexity. Active PMI PMP or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certification. Proven documented risk management experience in managing project risks and mitigating issues. A bachelor's degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience. Familiarity with Technology Portfolio management tools and project tracking software such as Microsoft Project . Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite . A self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Solid organizational skills , with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills , with a proven ability to engage with both internal teams and external stakeholders effectively.

The selected candidate will work in a fast-paced and potentially high-pressure environment with significant visibility. The Project Manager will be responsible for daily interaction with stakeholders, managing the project calendar, coordinating meetings, and providing regular project status briefings to internal and external teams.
Responsibilities :
- Daily interaction with project stakeholders, team members, and staff.
- Attendance at virtual and in-person project meetings, including daily check-ins and status updates.
- Manage project performance metrics and record data.
- Ensure adherence to standard Project Management methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate the project calendar to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
- Provide regular briefings on project status to internal and external audiences.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure smooth execution of project deliverables.
