MS Engineer

A company is looking for an MS Engineer to provide technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and share technical solutions with customers and team members

Interface with customers' technical and business team members

Guide customers in decision-making for less complex situations and escalate issues as needed

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education :

Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, computer science, or related field preferred

Experience in Network Data, Network Security, or Network Voice (UC)

Basic knowledge in Cloud technologies

Intermediate understanding of network design

Knowledge of firewalls such as Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Cisco Firepower, and Fortinet
