Job Title : Utility Worker

Job Description

Seeking a skilled and mechanically inclined utility worker to add to our growing team. This individual will assist technicians and perform lower-level repairs and rework on electric vehicles to ensure each unit meets all functional and quality standards before release. This role requires strong mechanical knowledge and willingness to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on electric vehicles according to defined processes.
• Rework to correct manufacturing or assembly issues identified by Quality or Engineering.
• Diagnose issues using tools, testing equipment, and diagnostic software.
• Execute repairs following approved work instructions, torque specifications, and safety protocols.
• Verify repair quality and functionality before vehicle release.
• Document all repair and rework activities accurately in tracking systems or travelers.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sturgis, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00 / hr.
