Requirements:

• HS diploma/GED.
• Completion of Phlebotomy Course preferred.
• 1 year experience at a Renal Treatment Center.
• Cert Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) offered by Nephrology Nursing Cert Commission (NNCC) or Board of Nephrology Examiners for Nursing Tech (BONENT) or National Nephrology Cert Org (NNCO)
• BLS.
