The Role

Step into a hybrid field and consultative role, acting as a primary point of engagement within select residential markets. As a HomeSmart representative, you’ll cultivate trust-based connections with homeowners, provide strategic access to complimentary property evaluations, and act as the nexus between our clients and internal solutions teams.

Success here isn’t about high-pressure selling—it’s about building rapport, creating opportunities, and facilitating impactful client experiences.

  • Drive localized outreach initiatives to identify and connect with prospective clients
  • Utilize market intelligence and digital platforms to assess and prioritize high-opportunity properties
  • Initiate discovery-driven conversations and coordinate value-based property assessments
  • Convert insights into actionable outcomes, partnering with project teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Continuously expand your network and unlock new revenue streams
