Set up and operate AIM System (Automated Inline Mailing Systems) for processing of automated mail. This role is a 2nd shift position – 3 : 25pm to 12 : 00am Monday through Friday.

- Tentative Start Date : Tuesday, March 24th
- Starting Base Salary : $20.72 / hour ($17.75 / hour + $2.22 / hour Job Premium + $0.75 / hour Shift Differential)
- Training Schedule – 2nd Shift : On the job training : 2-8 weeks Monday-Friday 3 : 25pm – 12 : 00am CST
- Scheduled Shift – 2nd Shift : Monday-Friday 3 : 25pm – 12 : 00am CST

In this role you will :
Set up equipment for mail processing of Checks, Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), billing statements, letters, and miscellaneous jobs for all lines of businessIdentify jobs to processDetermine priority jobs and identify matching documents such as checks, return envelopes and / or inserts and mailing envelopeMaintain peak efficiency while operating equipmentMonitor equipment for accurate processing of documentsMonitor output for accurate postage and insure it meets USPS mailing standardsMonitor, adjust, and repair equipment as neededMaintain documentation of work performed for use in job validation and charge back to departments by job and contractMaintain adequate envelope stock and replenish as neededServe as a back-up for Print Center Operations and Postal Processing StaffRun test jobs on demand as needed and provide feedbackMonitor all AIM production and related documentation for accuracy and identify process improvementsWhat will I gain from this role?

High school diploma or equivalentEquipment operations experience in a mail processing, printing, or manufacturing environmentAbility to use pallet jackMechanical aptitude and computer software experienceMust live within vicinity of Madison, WI campus locationS. citizenship is required for this position due to Department of Defense restrictions.Preferred Qualifications
