RN Preferred -Shift Differential $2.00 per Hour
Monday - Friday
As a nurse, you are essential toquality resident care. Duties include medication assistance / administration,nursing services, training / supervising staff, and all things related toresident well-being.
You will :
- Train staff and assist the director of nursing
- Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice,individuality, and a home-like environment for residents
- Assist residents with instrumental activities ofdaily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administrationwith medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care andindependence, as permitted by state regulations
- Ensure care as indicated on resident treatmentand service plans
- Know and follow infection control and safetyprocedures
- Review, update and communicate resident caredocumentation
- Evaluate health emergencies to determine medicalmeasures per nurse scope of practice and state regulations
You Currently :
- Possess a current nurse license in good standing
- Typical candidates have 1-year of providing supervisionin healthcare. New grads are encouraged to apply!
