Charge Nurse RN or LPN

Shift Differential $2.00 per Hour

Monday - Friday

As a nurse, you are essential toquality resident care. Duties include medication assistance / administration,nursing services, training / supervising staff, and all things related toresident well-being.

You will :

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice,individuality, and a home-like environment for residents
• Assist residents with instrumental activities ofdaily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administrationwith medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care andindependence, as permitted by state regulations
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatmentand service plans
• Know and follow infection control and safetyprocedures
• Review, update and communicate resident caredocumentation
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medicalmeasures per nurse scope of practice and state regulations

You Currently :

• Possess a current nurse license in good standing
• Typical candidates have 1-year of providing supervisionin healthcare. New grads are encouraged to apply!
