ABOUT THE ROLE

The Manufacturing Prep Specialist supports Filson's production operations by managing pre-production and post-production processes that enable efficient cutting, assembly, audit, and outbound shipment of finished goods. This role plays a key part in ensuring accuracy, readiness, and flow throughout the manufacturing process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and print markers using Accumark to support cutting room operations
• Process production work orders and confirm completed units
• Confirm completed units
• Prepare completed units for audit
• Process Transfer Orders for outbound shipments
• Print Purchase Orders & UPC labels
• Maintain and update Cuts & Kits Received logs
• Manage UPC hang tag preparation and tracking
• Prep finished goods for outbound shipment
• Assist with outbound shipment packing as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience operating or supporting industrial manufacturing equipment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset
• Willingness and ability to learn new systems and processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• NetSuite experience is a plus

• Use hands and arms to operate computers and manufacturing-related equipment
• Lift, grasp, pinch, and handle products and supplies
• Reach overhead, across, and downward to retrieve materials
• Ability to see, speak, and hear clearly
• Occasionally lift or move up to 20 pounds
