[job_card.job_description]Obtaining vital signs, height, weight, and demographic data Assisting patients with personal and daily care, such as bathing, oral hygiene, shaving, and hair care Delivering meals and snacks, feeding patients, and documenting oral intake Turning and positioning immobile patients safely while maintaining proper body alignment Answering patient call lights and performing services that add to the physical well-being of the patient Transportation of patients to designated areas Minimum Qualifications : Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required Preferred Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Hospital experience, certification as a nursing assistant preferred (maybe required based on some state requirements) Post offer employment testing (POETs) are completed as part of the onboarding process and are to be completed before an employee's first day of work.

Select Medical Rehabilitation Hospital at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, IN offers a position as a Patient Care Tech (PCT / NA / CNA) for full-time nights. The pay range is $18.00 to $21.94 per hour based on experience and includes competitive shift differentials for nights and weekends. Shift hours are from 6pm to 6 : 30am.
