[job_card.job_description]College graduate Bachelors or Masters with a GPA of at least 3.0 at graduation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively and relate well with individuals of diverse backgrounds and within all levels of the company Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word PowerPoint Excel) Customer service oriented Excellent executive presence Ability to work long hours weekends and holidays Must complete a background check College graduate with courses taken related to broadcast and television production Must have knowledge in digital design including video editing and audio production to be able to tell a story through high end content Ability to develop compelling multimedia packages thru the use of broadcast equipment such as DSLR cameras and Adobe Creative Cloud products (Premiere Photoshop and After Effects) Experienced operating a variety of audio equipment including boom mics lavalier mics etc. Ability to craft and write narrative video scripts and storyboard concepts for in-game videos Must have a passion for sports and multimedia storytelling A strong team player with a positive attitude Possesses a creative organized responsible and collaborative mindset and you thrive in a fast-paced environment while communicating progress. Ability to multi-task and work independently Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn Ability to work extended or irregular hours including nights weekends and holidays; including all Braves home games Ability to lift 35-50lbs of equipment on a daily basis to perform job. Own transportation and be able to travel Knowledge of the Atlanta Braves and team history is preferred

The Atlanta Braves Trainee Program is designed for applicants who are interested in beginning a career in professional sports. Trainees will work full-time starting in January 2026. Applicants are encouraged to visit for more information prior to applying.
The Production Trainee will report to the Senior Editor BravesVision. This Trainee will work with the BravesVision team the production arm of the Atlanta Braves to edit videos conduct shoots gather b-roll and contribute in all areas of our content creation process as well as live event production. This highly creative person will bring ideas to the table and see them through the entire production process to position will also support non-baseball events in both Truist Park and The Battery Atlanta.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY :
- Assist full-time production staff in daily operations of the Video Production Department
- Perform production assistant duties for all areas of production
- Hands on training in broadcast and sports entertainment production including live and pre-produced environments
TRAINEE PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS :
