Senior System Administrator

Department : Information Technology

Reports To : Sr. Director of Technology Services

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior System Administrator to lead the deployment and support of advanced technologies. You’ll drive a “Cloud First” strategy , integrating SaaS and IaaS solutions with on-prem infrastructure to ensure secure, reliable operations.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full infrastructure lifecycle : design, deployment, testing, and maintenance.
• Configure and deploy servers, storage, networking, and endpoint devices across multiple sites.
• Implement virtualization solutions using VMware vCenter , Microsoft Hyper-V , and Azure IaaS .
• Migrate workloads from physical to virtual environments.
• Maintain cybersecurity best practices, including access control and centralized authentication.
• Lead incident response and ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Administer Office 365 (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive) and SCCM for centralized management.
• Support specialized business systems and safety-sensitive environments.
• Perform after-hours on-call duties and maintain robust backup solutions.
