About the Role

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to accelerate revenue and expand market share.

Responsibilities

  • Grow and manage relationships with key decision-makers in construction, mechanical / electrical trades, and hyperscale infrastructure.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in warehousing, project logistics, and scheduled or on-demand delivery.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and operations to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction.
  • Build, lead, and coach a high-performance sales team with clear KPIs, accountability, and growth plans.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and client events.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive sales experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or B2B construction services.
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets and building long-term client partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of storage / staging workflows and material delivery for project-based businesses.
  • Executive presence with outstanding communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently while building out structure and process.

  • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.

    • Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2B construction services.
  • Familiarity with project-based business models.

    • Pay range and compensation package

    Base pay range : $150,000.00 / yr - $180,000.00 / yr. Additional compensation types include Annual Bonus.
