Key Responsibilities
Utilize tracking software for document production work and ensure job requests are completed appropriately
Perform document production tasks including proofreading, intake, and workflow coordination
Communicate with team members and clients regarding job concerns and meet contracted deadlines
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of document production experience, preferably in a legal, banking, or corporate environment
Proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong keyboarding skills
Ability to handle sensitive documents and maintain professional composure under deadlines
