A company is looking for a Specialty Benefits Sales Rep.
Key Responsibilities
Support sales teams to achieve market sales goals and maintain profitability
Consult on strategy calls regarding specialty products and develop presentations as a subject matter expert
Create strategies for top producing General Agent partners and facilitate communication on specialty topics
Required Qualifications
Must maintain sales insurance license(s) as required by state law
2+ years of experience in sales or account management in the insurance or financial services industry
Team lead, coaching, or mentoring experience
Solid knowledge of market segment products and competitive offerings
Existing broker and / or consultant relationships in the marketplace
