C&I Loan Office with Medical Practice Focus

Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Loan Officer – Healthcare Focus Location : Dallas, TX – UT Southwestern Medical Center Area | Full-Time

A well-capitalized, growth-oriented community bank is seeking a seasoned C&I Loan Officer to expand our presence in the UT Southwestern Medical Center corridor. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven lender with a proven track record of originating and managing commercial loans to hospitals, physician groups, clinics, and healthcare-related businesses .

What You’ll Do :

Develop and manage a portfolio of C&I clients, with a focus on the healthcare sector

Build relationships with hospitals, private practices, surgery centers, and medical service providers

Structure and negotiate complex credit facilities, including working capital lines, equipment loans, and real estate-secured debt

Collaborate with credit, operations, and executive teams to ensure quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction

Represent the bank at industry events and within local healthcare networks

What We’re Looking For :

5+ years of commercial lending experience, with a focus on medical and healthcare clients

Strong local referral network within the UT Southwestern area and broader Dallas healthcare market

Deep understanding of credit analysis, loan structuring, and portfolio management

Proven ability to meet production goals while maintaining sound underwriting standards

Excellent interpersonal and business development skills
