What You'll Do

Deliver hands-on, personalized therapy that helps patients regain strength and mobility.

Collaborate with care partners to design treatment plans that fit each person's goals.

Track and celebrate progress with patients and families.

Keep accurate documentation and clear communication across the care team.

Share your expertise and promote physical therapy in the community.

What You'll Bring

Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program

Current, unrestricted PT license in Michigan

At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting (home health preferred)

Reliable transportation , valid driver's license, and auto insurance

Ability to travel up to 50% within Hillsdale County

Physical ability to assist and support patients (50-100 lbs)
