Description of the Role

As an Inventory Controller, you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining our vehicle inventory. This includes overseeing the movement of vehicles, conducting regular inventory audits, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient inventory operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Finance departments to ensure accurate inventory records
• Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and resolve any issues
• Ensure vehicles are properly tagged, pictured and entered into the system
• Coordinate with vendors for vehicle delivery
• Prepare and maintain reports on inventory status and movement
• Maintain processes and procedures to improve inventory management efficiency
