Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruiting, training, and development of your team.
• Build strong customer relationships and elevate your team's performance in customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with management to ensure outstanding customer service and product delivery.
• Negotiate customer contract renewals effectively.

What We're Looking For:

• A results-driven relationship manager who is hands-on and willing to assist the team and customers.
• A supportive leader eager to guide the development of Route Service Representatives and Supervisors.
• Must meet minimum auto insurance requirements if driving a personal vehicle for business purposes.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior customer service experience is essential.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle various customer service situations.
• Negotiation, training, coaching, and leadership abilities.
• Strong computer proficiency (MS Office).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid non-commercial driver's license in your state.
• Must meet pre-employment DOT physical requirements.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
