Job Responsibilities

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans : Assess patient needs and design individualized therapy strategies to help them achieve their goals.

• Engage with Interdisciplinary Teams : Work hand-in-hand with a diverse group of healthcare professionals, including OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to provide integrated patient care.
• Instruct Patients and Families : Provide education to patients and caregivers on therapy methods to ensure ongoing improvements at home.
• Track and Document Progress : Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatments as needed to keep patients on track for success.
