Key Responsibilities
Manage executive appointment schedules, including meetings, travel, and accommodations
Coordinate office logistics for meetings, including catering and technology support
Assist with onboarding new employees and support team events and projects
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED with 5 years of executive-level administrative experience or equivalent education and experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
Resourceful self-starter with a service-oriented attitude
