Job Description

Oversee daily operations at the construction site and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel. Monitor project schedules and budgets, identifying and addressing any issues promptly. Ensure all construction activities align with project specifications and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain progress and quality control. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on project status. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports. Resolve on-site conflicts and challenges efficiently.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Superintendent should have :

• Proven experience managing construction projects within the property industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
